The 7th Annual Candy Cane Lane Run that took place on November 20 was a complete success. Having been used as a way to promote both indoor/outdoor physical activity and healthy lifestyles, it was also able to raise food and cash donations for the Project S.H.A.R.E Christmas Basket Program. This year marks the 25th Anniversary of the Rick Hansen Relay. Rick Hansen is a man who wheeled across Canada from Cape Spear, NL to Vancouver, BC. Winter Festival of Lights Opening Ceremonies

For anyone who has never been given the opportunity to visit Niagara Falls in the winter season you must check out the Winter Festival of Lights beginning on November 5. The CAA Winter Festival of Lights turns the Falls into a beautiful winter wonderland complete with entertainment and fun.
