This year marks the 25th Anniversary of the Rick Hansen Relay. Rick Hansen is a man who wheeled across Canada from Cape Spear, NL to Vancouver, BC. Suffering from a spinal cord injury at a young age, Rick was unable to enjoy some of the things that we take advantage everyday. But with this courage and drive to never give up Rick finished his Man in Motion World Tour. The Best Won Ton Soup in Niagara

Who knew that the best won ton soup that you will ever have lies just inside a donut shop? My friends and I discovered Country Fresh Donuts on Victoria Ave late one night in high school and we have been going back ever since. This little coffee shop is owned by a lovely Chinese family, Mary, the mother, is often found behind the counter. For anyone who has never been given the opportunity to visit Niagara Falls in the winter season you must check out the Winter Festival of Lights beginning on November 5. The CAA Winter Festival of Lights turns the Falls into a beautiful winter wonderland complete with entertainment and fun.
