Aside from being able to dress up in your Halloween costume, Happy Rolph’s offers children of all ages to take part in all Pumpkinville festivities. Set within the Twenty Valley watershed, Balls Falls is a spectacular place to go with family or friends, especially because of its scenic beauty. Since Hayley and I love the outdoors, we thought that we would check it out. Upon entering, you pay a small fee to help preserve this beautiful site.
